Expert connects Malaysian Palm Oil nutrients with maintaining a healthy weight

Here’s one reason why registered dietitian and exercise physiologist frequently mentions Malaysian Palm Fruit Oil in her media interviews: she likes the fact that this healthy oil – and products that contain Malaysian Palm Fruit Oil – contain Vitamin E tocotrienols. Stoler, author of Living Skinny in Fat Genes and former host of the popular TV show Honey, We’re Killing the Kids, believes diet and lifestyle are the most important factors to maintaining a healthy weight and for overall wellbeing.

In this interview with The Star Online newspaper writer Fiona Ho, Stoler details the many health benefits of vitamin E, especially the tocotrienols which are abundant in Malaysian Palm Fruit Oil. These benefits include maintaining healthy cholesterol, and potentially lowering your risk of sun damage, stroke damage and even some forms of cancer. Malaysian red palm oil also contains naturally high levels of beta carotene, another powerful antioxidant.

Stoler believes that vitamin E tocotrienols are essential to maintaining optimum health, which will in turn help keep those pesky pounds away.

Felicia Stoler is a member of Media Relations Inc.’s panel of highly respected third-party experts. She is compensated to express her own professional opinions, through the media, about certain products.
