Fox 4 News viewers in Dallas learned that replacing their usual cooking oil with healthy Malaysian palm fruit oil is an easy way to make holiday meals more nutritious for their brains. Registered dietitian and author Dr. Felicia Stoler demonstrated the oil’s versatility by preparing some breakfast potatoes for the hosts. She explained that the oil’s beautiful red color comes from its abundance of beta carotene, potent antioxidants. Non-GMO Malaysian palm fruit oil is also naturally trans-fat free, so Stoler predicted that we may see it a lot more in the near future.
