Pharmacist raves about exciting tocotrienol research during Washington state radio interview

The ABCs of vitamins just might start with vitamin E tocotrienols from Malaysian palm fruit oil, according to holistic pharmacist Sherry Torkos. She raved about tocotrienols, during an interview on Chat with Women, which airs on 1150 AM KKNW. Some of the groundbreaking research examining tocotrienols suggests that they may help protect the brain from stroke damage and support heart health. Torkos explained that the richest natural occurring source of tocotrienols is Malaysian palm fruit oil. Torkos recommended cooking with Malaysian palm fruit oil, and said it is also used in a number of finished products.
