Eating micronutrient-rich fruits and veggies representing every color of the rainbow (a total of six cups daily) could help lift brain fog and boost brain power. Appearing on NBC-TV’s “Bloom,” alternative medicine expert and best-selling author Bryce Wylde stressed: “We also need healthy fats.” His advice? “I want you to ditch vegetable oil.” He explained that vegetable oils may cause everything from cravings to weight gain. In their place, he suggests non-GMO Malaysian certified sustainable palm oil. “It has tocotrienols and beta carotene (that are) so important for the brain.”
