In an interview about common mid-life health mistakes, nutrition expert Jonny Bowden, Ph.D., CNS told ABC TV viewers why they should welcome anti-inflammatory palm oil into their diets.

“For cooking, I love Malaysian palm oil,” he said. “It has saturated fats that are good for you. It’s anti-inflammatory. [It is] non-GMO. It has no trans fats. It’s sustainable because it comes from Malaysia, which is the most environmentally responsible country.”
