Appearing on three San Antonio TV stations, Nutrition Myth Buster Jonny Bowden, Ph.D., CNS, advised parents to help keep their children’s brains sharp with nutritious foods including Malaysian certified sustainable palm oil.

“You’ve got to stop using the two most pro-inflammatory things in the American diet: sugar and vegetable oils,” he said during interviews on FOX station KABB, CBS station KENS-TV, and ABC station KSAT. “I like Malaysian palm oil because it’s sustainable. It doesn’t harm the environment. And it doesn’t contribute to inflammation.”
