Appearing on CBS affiliate KTVK-TV in Phoenix, sustainable chef Gerard Viverito demonstrated how to make keto-friendly chicken nuggets using Malaysian certified sustainable palm oil. He told Your Life Arizona Host Suzanne Bissett that he prefers Malaysian palm oil because it takes high heat, is cholesterol neutral, is high in vitamins A and E, is sustainable and tastes similar to butter. He noted that the plantations are run by generators powered by steam. The full recipe, using panko bread crumbs instead of pork rinds, can be found on his website.
