Fox Morning News reports on brain-healthy Malaysian palm fruit oil

Palm Beach TV viewers recently learned that the brain consumes a surprising 20 percent of the body’s calories, prompting an important question: What foods promote brain health? Ready with an answer was Rogue Nutritionist, Jonny Bowden, who visited Channel 29’s Fox Morning News studio to explain about the health benefits of tocotrienols. The focal point of numerous scientific studies, tocotrienols are found abundantly in Malaysian red palm fruit oil, along with another antioxidant known as beta-carotenes. Because of its high smoke point, Malaysian palm fruit oil can be used for grilling and frying. Sustainable and non-GMO, it can be found in many common products.
