When you’re appearing on one of Chicago’s most-watched local shows, you have a lot of influence. So, it was a real treat when holistic nutritionist Andrea Donsky told Fox-TV audiences in Chicago that cooking with Malaysian palm oil is on her list of top health-boosting trends. In addition to red palm oil’s rich beta carotene and tocotrienol content, she noted that it is sustainably produced. “So, it’s good for your health and good for the environment,” she commented.
