Nutritionist tells radio listeners why she cooks with Malaysian palm fruit oil

After returning from Malaysia, nutritionist and exercise physiologist Dr. Felicia Stoler was excited to share what she learned with KAHI’s Mary Jane Popp, who hosts her own show on 950AM. Stoler, the author of Living Skinny in Fat Genes, explained that beta carotene– and tocotrienol-rich Malaysian palm fruit oil has a neutral flavor profile, making it ideal for baking and grilling, and is cholesterol neutral.
