CFRN viewers were recently treated to a guest appearance by Holistic Pharmacist Sherry Torkos, author of the new Canadian Encyclopedia of Natural Medicine. Torkos was excited to talk about Malaysian Palm Fruit Oil, a healthy cooking oil that is so stable that it can be used for high-heat cooking without breaking down and losing its great nutritional value.
