Newsmax writer Lynn Anderson’s article about emerging from lockdown included wise advice from ER physician and sports medicine doctor Ara Suppiah, MD. Noting that the average American is estimated to have gained five pounds during self-isolation, Suppiah suggested dietary changes including eating more avocados, berries, eggs and broccoli. He also advised eating more palm oil. “Malaysian palm oil is nature’s richest source of vitamin E which helps maintain brain and liver health,” he pointed out.
