Americans have a heightened focus on supporting their immune system. Appearing on San Antonio Live via Skype, nutritionist Jonny Bowden, PhD, CNS, told the TV audience that immunity is very sensitive to what we eat. “This isn’t the time to abandon your diet,” he stated. He explained that TV viewers should be eating foods that are not inflammatory because they can depress immunity.
