This easy, flavorful dish takes little prep time. These beef tenderloin cuts are infused with a wonderful mix of seasonings including soy sauce, crushed black pepper, and Malaysian sustainable palm oil.

Ingredients
- 1 pound beef tenderloin
- 1/2 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon dark soy sauce
- 1/4 tablespoon sugar
- 4 ounces water
- 1 tablespoon Malaysian sustainable palm oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon crushed black pepper
- 5 or 6 garlic clove, minced
- 1 medium onion,
- 1 small green onion, sliced
Directions
Clean beef tenderloin and cut into cubes. Marinate beef cubes with light and dark soy sauce, sugar, water and Malaysian sustainable palm oil. Place in the refrigerator until required.
Mix seasoning ingredients and blend well.
Seasoning:
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp hot water
Heat the wok and add butter. Stir fry beef tenderloin until lightly browned. Add crushed black pepper and the remaining ingredients. Then add seasoning, stir for a few minutes and serve.
