Educational and promotional efforts, focused on educating users about Malaysian palm oil’s wholesomeness, sustainability and eco-sensitive agricultural practices, are also driving the industry’s growth.
Palm-derived nutrients have been studied for more than 30 years and have been the topic of more than 180 research projects.
“The most recent evidence indicates you can consume a reasonable level of saturated fats and it may not negatively impact your cholesterol levels,” said USC School of Pharmacy Research Professor Roger Clemens.
